Third Investments allows you to have one dog or one cat on the premises. You must sign a Pet Addendum to your Rental Agreement, and submit a separate, refundable security deposit for the pet, as well as a monthly nonrefundable additional pet charge. In addition, you must agree to:
Third Investments expects that you fully understand and accept the responsibility of pet ownership. Third Investments' pet rental policy is based on guidelines from the Humane Society of the United States.
